    If your pet is placed in a "crate" for observation at home make sure they have some cushion under their limbs.  Our pet's paws can also get caught if there are openings on their cage flooring

Floor Mattings are important in making our pets comfortable and at the same time for their safety. We do not want them getting scraped or wounded at home.  This will provide the warmth they need.  Towels will work but this material absorbs urine that can be problematic.

    Plastic floor mattings are easy to clean and maintain.  Just wash them under running water and soap them up to remove debris or fecal material.   Urine will not soil this type of material.  Another requirement for me since cloth beddings needs to be laundered and can be an issue if there exist a zoonotic potential.
